Ebby Healthcare Services, Inc. is dedicated to offering personalized Community Living-Group Homes – Residential Services to individuals in need of specialized care. Our commitment is to ensure that everyone we serve has the freedom to choose their living arrangements according to their preferences. The service plan, location, staffing, and support services are all subject to approval by the Developmental Disabilities Administration. Additionally, our agency ensures the following for those under our care, aside from providing accommodation and meals:
- Ensuring individuals always have access to necessary medical care and other social and recreational resources.
- Assisting individuals with their medication routines, including reminders and monitoring their response to medications.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of all personal information pertaining to EHS Inc. members.
- Furnishing living spaces in apartments, townhouses, condominiums, or single-family homes with essential amenities such as beds, nightstands, lighting, storage, bath linens, and bedding.
- Providing assistance with eating and personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, toileting, laundry, and household cleaning.
- Offering Respite Care Services, including both in-home and on-site respite care at our dedicated luxury residences provided by EHS, Inc.
Scope of Service:
In addition to residential care, the agency extends nursing case management and delegation services. Medical and dental care, including appointment scheduling and transportation support, are facilitated. Our staff are proficient in administering injections, providing first aid, and conducting CPR. We also arrange transportation for other needs and prioritize community engagement for each individual.
Staffing and Training:
Our staffing approach is guided by our philosophy, emphasizing individualized, reliable, and top-quality care for all. We maintain a staff-to-resident ratio of no more than two to one, except when specific needs dictate otherwise. Our full-time and part-time employees are expected to maintain a high standard of excellence, and as such, all employees will get training in the following areas:

Staff members at EHS, Inc. are required to complete this training and also submit to a pre-employment drug test and subsequent random drug testing as part of their ongoing employment. In addition to passing a driving record check and a criminal background check, candidates must also supply three references from previous employers who will be thoroughly contacted. Applicants are required to demonstrate proficiency in a variety of areas prior to being hired, including reading comprehension, writing, arithmetic, basic computer abilities, and the ability to effectively communicate via email.
Setting and Location :
EHS, Inc. shall own and manage all residences within the scope of its licensed locations. Each home shall be situated in a standard neighborhood, with non-disabled neighbors directly to the side, above, and below. Each home is tailored to the specific requirements of its residents. The homes must adhere to the federal community setting rules. Each home includes enough direct support staff, a work schedule tailored to the resident’s specific needs, available overnight staff assistance, and management oversight from the program’s higher echelons.
