EHS, Inc. intends to provide Supported Living services, also recognized as housing support services, aimed at fostering greater self-sufficiency among individuals. These services encompass a variety of customized programs geared towards enhancing their capacity to independently navigate community life. Following the establishment of an arrangement, the agency assumes responsibility for:

a) Ensuring quality management; and b) Supervising adherence to program standards, while also aiding in the search for suitable housing, roommates, and collaborative assistance, tailored to individual preferences and choices.

Scope of Service

Should a participant opt for a house share in our Supported Living Services program, the household will accommodate no more than four (4) additional individuals. EHS, Inc. ensures tenants have legally binding leases with equivalent protections to public housing. Participants receive round-the-clock support akin to residential services in their own home or apartment.

Staffing and Training:

At EHS, Inc., our commitment to personalized care, aligned with our stringent standards, guides our staffing principles. We limit supported living services to four residents per residence to ensure individualized attention. Clients may request up to 24-hour staffing as required, while our employees, both part-time and full-time, receive comprehensive training to maintain our high standards.

Setting and Location : 

When a person is receiving supported living services, the agency is obligated to investigate how best to provide them with a secure, high-quality, and welcoming home in an inclusive community setting in the county of their choosing. To meet DDA and OHCQ standards, each dwelling must have a certain number of beds. Each home features a kitchen, dining area, living room, and anywhere from two to four bedrooms.
